1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Webcomp Digitex Private Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Webcomp Digitex provides digital services including but not limited to website development, e-commerce solutions, video production, graphic design, performance marketing, content writing, and related digital marketing services.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project completion
• Respond to communications and provide feedback in a timely manner
• Make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule
• Ensure you have rights to all content provided to us
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. All proprietary tools, methodologies, and pre-existing materials remain our intellectual property.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit is required before project commencement
• Payment schedules are outlined in individual project proposals
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

6. Limitation of Liability

Webcomp Digitex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
